Body position. Notice in this skill set that the knees are bent, arms slightly out for balance. Since we are not sprinting, we are not in a crouched position, but have enough knee bend so we are ready, if needed, to get away. That is where the real game necessity applies. stay on the balls of your feet while completing this exercise, because in the game, as in life (had to throw that in) it is always best to be on your toes, ready for action.
