![]() Begin at one end and using the insides of your feet only, you will find a natural rhythm on this, navigate yourself between the cones to the end. once you get to the cones, you can either, A. jog back with the ball, or B sprint back with the ball. this depends on what type of day it is for you. isn't it nice to be in charge of your training? You can do whatever it is you like. the challenge of this drill is to navigate the cones without touching them. not impossible, but not easy. |
