TRAINING
TIP #1
This is a fun move that you can use in the midfield,
to goal, to keep possession against the defenders'
momentum. I would not use a move like this early
in the game. Rather, start simple until you get
into the momentum of play and build throughout
the game. As you gain more confidence and the
game begins to flow, you can then use a move like
this.
Run through the entire
move!

TRAINING
TIP #2
This move, named for legendary
English star Sir Stanley Matthews, can be used
anywhere on the field--although most coaches would
prefer it not be done in their own defensive penalty
box.
The move comes in two parts:An inside small touch
followed by an outside explosive touch.
Run through the entire
move!

TRAINING
TIP #3
After setting your defender up
with the Stanley Matthews (aka, inside out) move,
you can use The Scissors to open up even more
space for yourself.
Run through the entire move!

TRAINING
TIP #4
This
move can be practiced towards cones 10 yeards
apart from one another. Approach the cone, step
over and burst away w/ a touch. when you near
the second cone, slow down, do or "throw"
the move with explosiveness. A change of speed
is essential to making any move fool proof.
Run
through the entire move!
