The Stanley Matthews
This move, named for legendary English star Sir Stanley Matthews, can be used anywhere on the field--although most coaches would prefer it not be done in their own defensive penalty box.

The move comes in two parts:

An inside small touch followed by an outside explosive touch.

The first small touch is to get the defender to lean in one direction, while the second explosive touch moves in the opposite direction to throw the defender off balance.
