Just had to tell you. I had left the book on my desk, as I
just felt I didnt have time to read an autobiography
about a soccer player, and I just couldnt get myself
to find the time. I finally picked it up over the break, as
I took a week off from work, and I couldnt put it down.
I finished it in one day. I will make thie mandatory reading
for my parents. The first third of the books talks a lot about
being as aggressive as you can, and pushing the line, but
not crossing it. And be ready for your opponents to occasionally
cross the line, but stay in your game, great stuff!!!! It
also gets across that you need to play with the ball all the
time, not just in practice to be great. Just loved it, loved
it, loved it.

"I
loved the book and could just picture you on every page."

In
her career, Brandi Chastain has seen soccer go from a few
passonate folks to become a staple in the fabric of American
life. In doing so, soccer has become to many people a business.
In her book, Brandi takes us back to playing the game for
the love of it. In Its Not About the Bra, Brandi shows us
It is About the Love of Soccer.

Inspiring
young people, the future, our legacy, has a very special,
needed place in our society. The great thing about your book
is it not just about soccer (or the bra), but life.
